Website, tutoring platform & learning app
FINAL • 4 OCTOBER 2026
Plain-language summary
Academiq Maestro supports learning. It does not promise a particular grade, examination result or educational outcome. This disclaimer does not remove any statutory consumer rights.
This disclaimer applies to educational information, practice content and support made available through Academiq Maestro’s website, tutoring platform and learning app. Contractual matters such as subscriptions, payments, cancellations and refunds are governed by the applicable Terms and Conditions.
1. Educational support, not guaranteed outcomes
Tutoring, revision tools, practice questions, explanations, feedback and other learning resources are intended to support a student’s education. Individual progress depends on many factors, including attendance, effort, prior knowledge, teaching context and assessment conditions. Academiq Maestro and its tutors do not guarantee a particular grade, examination mark, school or university admission, qualification, ranking or other academic outcome.
2. AI-assisted educational content
Some learning-app content is generated or assisted by artificial intelligence, including practice questions, explanations, hints or similar learning support. AI-generated content can occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular context. Students should use it as a learning aid rather than treating it as infallible and should check important work against course materials, mark schemes, teacher/tutor guidance or another appropriate authoritative source.
3. Practice and exam-style questions
Unless we clearly state otherwise, practice, mock, exam-style or AI-generated questions are not official examination questions and are not a guarantee or prediction of what will appear in a future examination. Past-paper or exam-board materials, where lawfully referenced or linked, remain subject to the rights and terms of their respective owners.
4. Exam boards and third-party organisations
References to examination boards, qualifications, specifications, schools, universities or other organisations are used to help users understand curriculum relevance. Unless expressly stated, such references do not mean that Academiq Maestro is sponsored, approved, endorsed by or affiliated with the organisation concerned.
5. Tutor information and educational judgement
Academiq Maestro takes reasonable steps to verify tutors in accordance with its onboarding and safeguarding processes. Tutors remain responsible for exercising appropriate educational judgement in the tutoring services they personally provide. A tutor’s explanation, opinion or suggested study approach may differ from another teacher or resource. Students preparing for assessed work should follow the requirements of their school, college, awarding body and current specification.
6. Not professional advice outside education
Academiq Maestro is an education service. Educational content and AI-assisted learning features are not substitutes for medical, mental-health, legal, financial, safeguarding or emergency advice. Where a user needs help in one of those areas, they should use an appropriate qualified professional or emergency/statutory service.
7. Third-party links and services
Our services may contain links to or integrations with third-party services. Their availability, content and practices are controlled by the relevant third party. We remain responsible for our own legal obligations and do not use this disclaimer to exclude responsibility that UK law does not allow us to exclude.
8. Errors, availability and updates
We aim to keep Academiq Maestro’s own educational information accurate and useful, but educational specifications, platform features and third-party information can change. Users should check time-sensitive examination or qualification requirements against the relevant current authoritative source. Technical interruptions may occasionally affect online services; contractual rights relating to the supply of services or digital content are governed by the applicable terms and UK consumer law.
9. Consumer rights
Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or restricts statutory rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. If this disclaimer conflicts with a mandatory consumer right, the mandatory right prevails.
10. Contacting Academiq Maestro
If a user believes educational content contains an error or has a concern about a tutor, session or app feature, they should contact admin@academiqmaestro.com so the issue can be reviewed.
