• 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
• If a tutor fails to attend, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.
• Refunds are processed via Stripe to the original payment method.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
