Find Maestro Terms & Conditions
Campaign participation and parent/guardian prize-draw rules · Autumn 2026
FINAL · 4 October 2026
1. Promoter
The promoter is Academiq Maestro Ltd (company number 16546890) (“Academiq Maestro”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
Campaign contact: admin@academiqmaestro.com
2. Campaign period
The Find Maestro campaign opens on Monday 5 October 2026 and closes on Friday 13 November 2026. The child-facing hunt and venue leaderboard operate during this period, subject to normal service availability.
3. Taking part in Find Maestro
- Find Maestro is free to take part in. No purchase, tutoring booking or app download is required.
- Participants scan a participating venue’s QR code or open the campaign link, select the venue, choose a school-year band, complete one short challenge, receive a Maestro rarity and may vote on an app-design choice.
- The child-facing journey does not require a child to create an account or provide a name or email address.
- A venue may provide a physical sticker after participation. The sticker is a separate surprise and does not have to match the digital rarity revealed on screen.
- The digital rarity outcome does not determine prize-draw eligibility or improve a prize-draw entrant’s chance of winning.
4. Rarity feature
Maestro rarities are generated by the campaign system using the published odds shown on the Find Maestro website. The rarity feature is for entertainment and campaign participation only. It is not a gambling product, requires no payment and has no cash value.
Published rarity odds should remain fixed during the live campaign except where a change is genuinely necessary to correct an error or comply with law. If any material change is required, Academiq Maestro will record the reason and update the public information appropriately.
5. Venue leaderboard and voting
The public leaderboard ranks participating venues using qualifying campaign activity. It is venue-level only and is not a leaderboard of children or individual participants. Votes on app-design choices are counted in aggregate. Academiq Maestro may disregard duplicate, automated, fraudulent or otherwise invalid activity where reasonably necessary to protect campaign integrity.
6. Parent/guardian handoff
After the child journey, the participant may show the screen to a parent or guardian or send them a link. The parent/guardian page is separate from the child journey and may include information about the upcoming Academiq Maestro app, an optional waitlist or marketing sign-up, and the free prize draw.
A child can complete the hunt and receive any available venue sticker without a parent or guardian entering the prize draw, joining a waitlist, installing an app or consenting to marketing. Entry to the Find Maestro Family Prize draw is optional and does not affect the child’s participation in the hunt.

Academiq Maestro may substitute a prize of equal or greater value only if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make the advertised prize unavailable.
9. Winner selection and contact
One winner of the Find Maestro Family Prize will be selected at random from all valid entries received by the closing time, using a verifiably random process. The draw is intended to take place within seven days after the campaign closes.
The winner will be contacted using the details provided at entry and will have six weeks from the date of the first winner notification to respond and claim the prize. If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within that six-week period, is ineligible or cannot accept the prize, Academiq Maestro may select an alternative winner at random from the remaining valid entries.
10. Fair participation
- Entries or campaign activity generated by bots, scripts, bulk automation, manipulation or other unfair means may be rejected.
- Academiq Maestro may request reasonable evidence of eligibility before awarding a prize.
- Participating venues are hosts of the campaign poster and sticker materials; they are not responsible for administering the prize draw or selecting the winner.
- Employees, contractors or other persons directly involved in administering the prize draw, and their immediate households, should not enter if their involvement could compromise the fairness of the draw.
11. Availability and technical problems
We will take reasonable steps to keep the campaign available, but internet services, devices and third-party networks can fail. We are not responsible for entries or scans that are lost, delayed or not received because of a technical failure outside our reasonable control. Where an outage or error materially affects fairness, we will take reasonable corrective action.
12. Changes, suspension or cancellation
We will not change the closing date, eligibility rules, prize or other significant conditions simply for convenience. If circumstances outside our reasonable control make a change, suspension or cancellation genuinely necessary, we will act fairly, minimise disadvantage to participants and publish an appropriate update.
13. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with the Find Maestro Privacy Notice. Prize-draw details are used to administer the draw, contact the winner and fulfil the prize. Marketing is separate and optional.
14. Safeguarding
Academiq Maestro’s Designated Safeguarding Lead is Jennifer Ellis, Founder & Designated Safeguarding Lead. Safeguarding concerns relating to Find Maestro should be sent to admin@academiqmaestro.com.
15. Contact and complaints
Questions about the campaign, prize draw, privacy or safeguarding can be sent to admin@academiqmaestro.com. We will keep reasonable records of the draw and prize fulfilment so that the promotion can be administered transparently.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply to participants elsewhere in the United Kingdom.
